(A) IP ADDRESSES
Our web servers gather your IP address to assist with the diagnosis of problems or support issues with our services, and to monitor the use of our Site.

2 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
Your information may be used for any of the following purposes:
– to maintain appropriate business records;
– for quality assurance purposes, including planning and product development;
– to research, develop and improve our services;
-to pre-populate / customise / provide shortcuts on our Site;
– to alert you of listings posted under your selected criteria;
– to conduct surveys to determine use and satisfaction of our services;

Any advertising information you provide when creating a listing will be visible to the public. The fields that will be visible to the public are identified in the Sell Process diagrams under the How It Works menu and also when creating a listing.
When enquiring about a listing through our online communication service, the vendor will be able to see certain information you have entered in your profile. The fields that will be visible to the vendor are identified in the Buy Process diagrams under the How It Works menu and also when creating a profile.
3 – DISCLOSURE
We have a statutory duty to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms and Conditions. Except as set out in this Policy or if we are required/permitted to do so under the relevant legislation, we will not disclose your personal information unless as specified under this Policy or the Terms and Conditions.
4 – THIRD-PARTIES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

When you click on any advertisement it may direct you away from our Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
We use third party Payment Gateway systems that follow industry best practices and use encryption.
You can also play an important role in keeping your personal information secure, by maintaining the confidentiality of any password and accounts used on the Site. Do not provide sensitive information to other users until you take protective measures such as signing a Confidentiality Agreement with them and seeking external legal advice on how to protect yourself and what remedies are available to you if information you have provided to other users is misused. Never disclose the identity of your clients when creating a listing.
Please notify us immediately if there is any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security relating to your account.
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Site.
